When there was so much misinformation about the Coronavirus in the beginning, it was Dr。 Jenn who I trusted。 She was straight forward and direct just like she has been in this book。 This book is definitely a must have and if you can only buy one book this year, this is it。 The New Normal is educational, informative, and yet, comforting。 That is because it gives insightful information on how to navigate this pandemic。 Filled with simple advice, this book is for anyone who is struggling in every aspect of their lives with this pandemic。 It is a game changer。 If you can buy two books this year, I would recommend another book called "What You Should Know Right Now" by Author R。A。 Clark。 My cousin just entrusted me with her copy that really does provide your friends and family with much needed information, in the case of an emergency。 In these days, we never know what can happen and if something does, God forbid, you will be ready。 Why? It blew me away when I realized he was right that we keep our most important numbers on our phones and we are the only ones with the pin or password。 This really is a must have for every adult, especially if you are a parent。 I just bought four copies here on Barnes and Noble, one for each of my parents and two more, one for me and my husband, making it a great gift。

I may be a bit biased in reviewing this book, as I am a huge fan of Dr。 Ashton。 I feel that this book perfectly summarizes the advice she has been giving since the pandemic began。 She has always stressed an importance of self-care, even prior to the pandemic。 This book gives the reader advice on how to do things like workout when being afraid to go to the gym, how to go to stores when feeling afraid and so many other situations that we are ALL finding ourselves in。 Dr。 Ashton doesn't sugarcoat a I may be a bit biased in reviewing this book, as I am a huge fan of Dr。 Ashton。 I feel that this book perfectly summarizes the advice she has been giving since the pandemic began。 She has always stressed an importance of self-care, even prior to the pandemic。 This book gives the reader advice on how to do things like workout when being afraid to go to the gym, how to go to stores when feeling afraid and so many other situations that we are ALL finding ourselves in。 Dr。 Ashton doesn't sugarcoat and say that things are going to be easy or better quickly, she focuses on giving advice on what we can do NOW to protect ourselves and live our best lives 。 I appreciate her honest and straightforward approach to guiding us through this pandemic。 。。。more
